Your use of the Site constitutes your unqualified agreement to accept and comply with these Terms of Use. All vehicles we purchase will be subject to a H.P.I or Express report to ensure the authenticity of the vehicle and check its history. Even if the vehicle has been written off or had adverse history we will still make you an offer on the car. Any vehicle quote given by www.transfelicotrans.com is not final and guaranteed until the vehicle has been visually inspected by a member of our staff, if the car is not as described, we reserve the right to adjust the offer accordingly. We also reserve the right to cancel a purchase of any vehicle due to mitigating circumstances.
All sales are final once monies have been exchanged for the vehicle along with all the relevant documentation. The sale is final once the car and the sale of the car has been verified as genuine. All outstanding finance must to be settled prior to payment. A settlement letter from the relevant finance company stating so will also be required. In the circumstance any outstanding finance balance is more than the agreed valuation, you will agree to pay www.transfelicotrans.com the difference between these amounts at point of collection as per the relevant finance companies settlement letter. If, in our opinion, on final viewing of the vehicle, the vehicles condition is not as described, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly. Please be as accurate as possible when describing your car. You undertake to supply us with full ownership documentation when we collect the vehicle. i.e. vehicle registration document (V5), MOT certificates, service history, unexpired Road fund license, audio equipment (Factory Fitted). Payment will be withheld until we receive all these documents. Proof of I.D will be required i.e. Driving License, Passport (this is to prevent fraud). If it comes to light that the vehicle is stolen or any other fraudulent activity, all information will be passed to the Police, no exceptions. Based upon the information supplied, www.transfelicotrans.com always endeavors to value all proposals fairly, giving you the best possible price for your vehicle.
